In Rockford, IL we do business as "River City Millwork", and we are growing! Join our team as an Inside Sales Representative! You'll be a vital part of our success, focusing on driving sales for our door product line and providing top-notch service to our customers.

Your Role:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service
  • Proactively seek sales opportunities to meet or exceed targets
  • Develop expertise in Rugby's product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
  • Prepare quotes and proposals, negotiating terms when necessary
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Maintain detailed records using CRM software

Requirements:

  • Interest in a company that values hard work and loyalty
  • Inside sales experience, preferably in millwork andd building materials
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer focus
  • Knowledge of Rugby's products or willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
