We are looking to add a Territory Sales Specialist to our team, that is looking to use their knowledge and skills to develop and maintain relationships with customers in the market for cabinetry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is energetic with a team mindset and enjoys flexibility in their daily work routine. This individual will have the specific responsibility of travelling within the Lensing trade area working with customers from the onset of projects through the finalization and building that ongoing relationship to partner with the customer on future projects. Core Hours:

Monday-Friday 7:00 A.M. – 3:30 P.M. (Hours can fluctuate due to business needs)

The pay program for this position is Salary + Commission

Requirements

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Become a product expert
  • Travel within the Lensing trade area on a daily basis
  • Effectively use computer software for sales tracking and follow up.
  • Remain involved in project through completion, including effective communication with internal staff and customer points of contacts.
  • Performs special assignments as required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communicator with ability to follow up with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization/guidance exists.
  • Accustomed to working in fast-moving environments providing accurate and timely information to the highest standards.
  • Comfortable with presenting information to all levels within organizations, along with responding to questions from them in a professional manner.
  • Professional appearance and personality.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team.
  • Must be self-motivated, energetic, and results oriented with a high level of work intensity and bias for action.
  • Strong organization and time management skills to ensure scheduled deadlines are met.

Experience/Education Requirements:

  • Experience with customer service in a Sales Role

Driving Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have a clean driving record for the past three years.
  • The position will be provided with a company vehicle; candidate must be insurable by company’s vehicle insurance provider.
