Riverside Auto Marquette is actively hiring an Automotive Parts Advisorto join our growing family-owned dealer group. The Parts Advisor is a trusted expert that plays an active role in the parts department’s success. As a Parts Advisor, you are responsible for assisting and selling parts to all customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone. Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from customer inquiry, to finding the part, to invoicing the customer.
• Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock.
• Ensure all technicians have parts to do their job.
• Complete special order part request for any parts needing to be ordered for a customer.
• Communicate with customer on the status of any part ordered and notify them upon delivery to the dealership.
• Receive in parts when delivered.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to handle multiple customers/phone calls at once.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Proficient with computer skills.
• Valid and current driver license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
