Position Overview:

We're on the lookout for a compassionate, responsible individual to join our Residential Life team as a Dormitory Staff Member. This role is perfect for someone who loves to make a difference in young people's lives by creating a nurturing, home-like environment. You'll be the go-to person for about 20-30 international students, helping them navigate daily life, ensuring their safety, and contributing to their personal growth. This position is a part time shift suitable for those working or attending school, and includes full room and board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a positive living and learning atmosphere.
• Supervise and support students outside classroom hours.
• Organize and implement engaging weekend activities.
• Ensure the dormitory remains a clean, safe space.
• Act as a liaison between students, families, and the school community.

Who We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A nurturing spirit with a high degree of responsibility.
• A current driver’s license.
• Experience with residential life or high school students (preferred).
• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (a plus).
