Our exceptional clinicians also work closely with the 60+ members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, top experts in their respective fields who are available for rapid consults, support, and referrals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Concierge Greeter position at Atria Institute is a pivotal role in ensuring that every member's experience begins with a warm and personalized welcome and finishes with a supportive departure. As the first point of contact for members you will support the hospitality team in executing a seamless member experience with a high volume of arrivals, special administrative tasks, valeting vehicles, and the receiving of deliveries.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Greet each member by name with recognition and warmth upon their arrival to the lobby of Atria Institute. Creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, ensuring every member feels valued and comfortable.
  • Liaise with the on-site valet company to ensure all Members vehicles are received and returned in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the General Manager of Hospitality Operations, and Atria care team to address member needs and preferences.
  • Receiving incoming and outgoing packages
  • Maintain the member library to ensure books are ordered, tidy, organized and available to Atria Members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a healthcare or high-end service setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to provide personalized service to each member.
  • A warm and welcoming personality, with a genuine desire to create exceptional experiences for Atria’s members
  • This role requires a uniform.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills able to manage multiple priorities at a time
  • Must have Valet/ luxury driving experience
  • Must be alert and attentive in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to use MS Surface and Gmail to communicate, and use a browser for internet searches
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, bend, stoop and reach
  • 100% on site in Palm Beach, FL
