In joining our team, you will be part of an internationally leading company within the area of water, environmental, and energy services.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Water Market & Business Professional
  • Supporting the Water Team in preparing external proposals and presentations for growth opportunities.
  • Providing business and project financial support
  • Leading employee engagement and general office management activities

• Minimum 5 years professional experience in similar office settings

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe)
• Proficient in English grammar and punctuation
• Other certifications/proficiencies will be a plus:
  • Experience with accounting and database applications, such as Maconomy, Microsoft Client Relationship Management (CRM), etc.
  • Notary (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
  • Proficient in InDesign software for generating and formatting reports and proposals, including creating graphics

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include strong written and verbal communication skills, strong customer and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across diverse planning, architectural, engineering and construction project teams.

Salary Transparency Statement

At Ramboll, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an annual rate between $64,000 and $80,000. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range, depending on numerous factors, includingexperience, geographical location, internal equity, market conditions, education/training andskill level, and does not include bonuses, overtime, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
