Responsibilities:

Supervision: 

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor staffing levels and make adjustments as needed to meet operational demands.

Customer Service: 

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Proactively address any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.

Training and Development: 

• Train new team members on restaurant procedures, service standards, and safety protocols.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to existing staff to promote growth and improvement.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and camaraderie.

Quality Control: 

• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Monitor food and beverage quality to uphold our standards of excellence.

 Inventory Management: 

• Oversee inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock.
• Minimize waste and control costs through efficient inventory management practices.

Cash Handling: 

• Manage cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures and security measures.
