AppleOne is currently seeking Case Managers to support a Youth Program in Tampa area! To be considered for this Case Manager role you must have 6+ years of Case Manager, Youth Program, or Youth Mentorship experience. As a Case Manager with this Youth Program you will specialize in supporting initiatives for youths seeking career opportunities. Day to day tasks of this Case Manager position include create customer relationships to provide through case management, support the recruitment of employers to participate in program, collaborate with internal teams ensuring up to date knowledge on programs, as well as establishing rapport with participants to track engagement and experience.
