CNC Machinist III Primary Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and refurbish metal components based on provided blueprints and specifications for experimental or prototype machinery.
• Ensure precise handling and treatment of large components.
• Review, modify, and optimize CNC programs to improve production efficiency.
• Thorough knowledge of metals and precise measurements critical to the machining process.
• Execute intricate, high-precision metal machining operations.
• Proficiently operate manual and CNC lathes, mills, and other cutting tools, aligning with engineering standards.
• Embrace a culture of ongoing enhancement, with a focus on speed and quality.

CNC Machinist III Requirements:

• 2-4 years working 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis milling/lathes.
• Ability to interpret and understand engineering blueprints.
• Proficient with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Competence in using AutoCAD
• Exposure to Deckel Maho Gildemeister (DMG) machines is a bonus.
• Knowledge of Siemens and Heidenhain controls is advantageous.
• Proficiency in reading and modifying CNC programs.
• Basic skills in equipment maintenance.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work autonomously.
