Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Bloomington, IN
ProCare Therapy, a leading provider of educational and therapeutic services, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the 2023-24 school year. This is a full-time position located in Bloomington, IN, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and progress of students with behavioral needs.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Provide direct support to students in various educational settings.
- Record and collect data on student behavior to track progress and modify interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student success.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working with students with diverse behavioral needs preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and adjust strategies as needed.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a school environment.
