The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of HR experience and have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. This role is onsite M-F in the Durham office. Responsibilities:
Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees.
On-board new employees.
Implement company culture, values, and policies.
Provide requested reports and documents.
Accurately maintain employee files.
Answer calls and route to the appropriate person.
Coordinate events focused on employee recognition.
Requirements:
3+ years previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields.
Bachelors Degree in Business related field preferred, Associates Degree required
Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
Ability to build rapport with all employees.
Strong organizational skills.
