About this job

Penmac Staffing is now hiring for a clerical position for a local Medical Transportation company. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task in a very fast paced environment and to adjust to changes quickly. The candidate must have excellent knowledge of computers and proficient in typing. This position will be full time Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, with pay of $15.00.

Duties:

Answer multiple phone calls
Assign details to driver and schedules for trips
Dispatch trips for pickups / and drop off with accuracy
Input information into correct documents
Billing for trips

Requirements:

Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, word and more)
Must be able to type 60 WPM with accuracy
Must be very detailed oriented in a crowded and fast environment
Must be able to professionally always communicate verbally and written
