The Food & Beverage Manager will play a vital role in overseeing the kitchen and beverage operations, coordinating special events, and managing kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of food and beverage service, including preparation, presentation, and quality control.
Manage inventory levels for food and beverage supplies, ordering stock as needed to maintain adequate levels while minimizing waste.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
Implement standard operating procedures for kitchen operations, including sanitation protocols, portion control, and recipe adherence.
Work closely with other managers to coordinate food and beverage service for parties and special events, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor sales and revenue for food and beverage operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food and beverage management, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire kitchen staff.
Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Proven ability to develop and execute creative and appealing menu offerings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and vendors.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Experience in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
