Front of House Manager

Seeking Front of House Manager with 4+ years of experience in Restaurant Management.

Salary - $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 annually

The front of house manager must have a vast knowledge of restaurants, prioritize customer service, and possess a consistent management style that adheres to company policies and procedures. The front of house manager will be tasked with managing the staff including hosts, servers, bussers and bartenders. In addition, you will greet customers, handle any staff or customer issues or complaints, balance out the POS and credit cards at the end of the shift, accurately tip out staff and ensure that the restaurant is maintained and correctly prepped for the next shift. Finally, our management assists with taking customer payments, answering the phone and taking orders when necessary.

We are seeking a person with 4+ years of restaurant management experience. The right candidate will have experience with payroll, maintaining food cost, employee scheduling, ordering inventory and inventory management. Someone who is willing to share their knowledge and skillset, but who is also willing to learn the methods that have made us a success for the last 16 years. Must be willing to relocate. Relocating benefits include 3 months rent assistance and reimbursement of limited moving expenses.
