Floor Care Specialist

We are seeking a Floor Care Specialist to become a part of our team! You will perform all preventative maintenance and carpet care.

Responsibilities:

• Furnish tools, materials and supplies to other workers
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Track all equipment and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields (5 yrs min)
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload (lift a min 50LB)
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Customer Service Experience
• must be able to travel on weekends(scheduled) and have a good driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check
