Direct Hire Position! Looking for candidates throughout the state of Indiana.
Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
- Provide training, support, supervision, and encouragement to direct reports.
- Provide leadership and encouragement to the district team.
- Responsible for district clinical and programming goals and outcomes.
- Facilitate weekly staffing, supervise cases, and provide consultations, as needed for direct reports.
- Review client documentation, including progress notes, supervised visitation reports, monthly reports, and court reports.
- Work with District Director to market services for growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Masters or better in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
- 5 years: Experience in social work or similar field
- LCSW, LMFT, LMHC (preferred)
- Anticipated starting annual salary: $60,000 with Paid Relocation
