Available Shift:

• Day shift: 5:45am - 6:00pm
• Night shift: 5:45pm - 6:00am
• We work a 2-2-3 rotating schedule so you do work every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday

You will succeed in this role if:

• You are detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible
• You can think on your feet and have a drive to meet daily goals

As a Press Operator, you are responsible for operating a Flexographic Printing Press to produce quality flexible packaging.

• You open the plant Sunday night for the upcoming week
• You check all equipment (plates, ink, etc.) at the beginning and end of each shift with viscosity checks every 15 min
• You input job ticket specs into the computer
• You load and unload rolls of film weighing 75+ pounds

This position is for Night shift (5:45pm-6:00am) on a 2/2/3 rotating schedule where you work every other weekend.

What you bring to the job:

• Printing experience involving ink and color matching (experience with flexible packaging highly beneficial)
• Physically able to lift 75 pounds, stand for up to 11+ hours a day, and keep up with a fast-paced environment
