Schedule: FT Monday-Friday between 7:00 am - 5 pm
Your Responsibilities:
Primary role: Ensure center and home care operations are fully staffed and scheduled, operations are fully compliant with state and federal regulations, and paperwork is completed timely and in an organized fashion.
- Support center/home care operations and the executive director in day-to-day operations as directed.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
- Conducts and follows all steps of the hiring process.
- Schedule staff as appropriate for center and home care operations.
- Timely completes reporting requirements as directed.
- Ensure completeness of files.
- Maintain and manage office and center inventory and the purchasing of supplies for dining operations.
- Manage all office functions and processes including clerical, personnel, records, compliance, and office maintenance.
- Work with families and staff to resolve billing, census, and other issues.
- In-person responsibilities at both Johns Creek and Cobb County locations.

Qualifications:
- You have at least 1-year professional office experience. Home care, aging services setting a plus.
- Experience in private in-home care recruiting and scheduling useful.
- You have excellent Microsoft Office Skills.
- Drug Free Workplace, EOE
- First Aid, CPR
