Schedule: FT Monday-Friday between 7:00 am - 5 pm

Your Responsibilities:

Primary role: Ensure center and home care operations are fully staffed and scheduled, operations are fully compliant with state and federal regulations, and paperwork is completed timely and in an organized fashion.

  • Support center/home care operations and the executive director in day-to-day operations as directed.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls. 
  • Conducts and follows all steps of the hiring process.
  • Schedule staff as appropriate for center and home care operations.
  • Timely completes reporting requirements as directed.
  • Ensure completeness of files.
  • Maintain and manage office and center inventory and the purchasing of supplies for dining operations.
  • Manage all office functions and processes including clerical, personnel, records, compliance, and office maintenance.
  • Work with families and staff to resolve billing, census, and other issues.
  • In-person responsibilities at both Johns Creek and Cobb County locations.

Qualifications:

  • You have at least 1-year professional office experience. Home care, aging services setting a plus.
  • Experience in private in-home care recruiting and scheduling useful.
  • You have excellent Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Drug Free Workplace, EOE
  • First Aid, CPR
