Salary:
Seeking a Grounds/Janitorial Person
The Lead Maintenance person will be responsible for maintaining multiple small apartment communities in Muskegon and Hart. This person will be responsible for turning units, service requests, on call for emergencies, snow removal, maintaining the community grounds, cleaning units for move ins, cleaning halls, and other duties assigned. Must have transportation, great communication skills and take pride in your work.
Responsibilities
- Inspect & maintain grounds and common areas.
- Completing service requests
- Clean apartments for new move ins.
- Available for on-call emergencies.
Skills
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
- Have own basic tools.
- Must have follow through and good communication.
- Attention to detail.
