Go Behavioral LLC provides individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and services to children and families across California and Central Florida. Our programs are designed to teach the critical skills children need to lead productive and happy lives. We also offer a full range of services including training, tools, and coordinated care to guide families through their journey.

We are seeking a Behavior Assistant / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Fresno team. We have positions available from 15 – 40 hours per week with hours ranging from 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM depending on your schedule, we offer flexible hours. Must commit to at least 5 days in which you are available between 3:30 -7:30 PM.


Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma and be at least 18 years of age
  • A Bachelor’s Degree, or near completion of a bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills, problem-solving

Behavior Technician Requirements:

  • Proven ability to work effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds
  • Experience with applied settings with individuals on the autism spectrum or other developmental disability (Preferred)
  • Clear level-two background check
  • Bilingual (Preferred)
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, car insurance, clean driving record
  • COVID-19 Vaccination
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. Able to stand/sit/kneel for extended periods of time

Job Responsibilities

  • As a Behavior Assistant / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work 1:1 with children, teens, and/or young adults with autism spectrum disorders. The service should be provided in their homes, schools, and community.
  • Implement a Behavior treatment program to help reduce the client’s challenging behavior.
  • Work closely with parents and family members of assigned clients.
  • Demonstrate interest and commitment to the science of human behavior and the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Manage multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment.
