The Toddler Teacher plans and implements curriculum for their 1 old age group, serves as a model and mentor, and coordinates engaging developmental activities for children. • Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
• Lead by example and encourage success through modeling and coaching
• Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth
• Follow all facility policies and state regulations
• Maintain a personal, professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement

• FL DCF 45 hours required with CDA preferably

• At least 1 year of professional early childhood training/experience
