You will be performing all order processing and fulfillment activities for assigned accounts. Ensure customer orders are reviewed, updated, maintained, processed, and shipped. Making sure invoices are accurate, fast, and thorough. You will be partner with a cross functional department to ensure all sales, inventory, and accounting processes within the “order to cash cycle” are executed.

What it takes to succeed:

1-2 years of supply chain experience in a customer service environment. Previous experience working with big box retailers is helpful. Strong communication skills are required. Being detail oriented along with strong organizational and multitasking skills makes this job easier. Also experience in MS Office and experience with New Suite, True Commerce, and customer portals is preferred.
