Housekeeping Inspector

We’re in search of a housekeeping Inspector to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay with us. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas, making beds, doing laundry, ironing sheets, and other general cleaning duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is a cleaning enthusiast, a team-player, and a highly-organized professional. This individual would work side by side with the Housekeeping Manager to inspect rooms and uphold the standards of the hotel. You would be also be utilized to oversee the department in the days the Manager is not there.

$18 - hour

• Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to our hotel’s standards before guests arrive
• Document rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
• Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed
• Keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies
• Respond to general inquiries from guests

Oversee the department in the managers absence.

• 1+ years as a professional housekeeper or similar position
• Hard worker with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
• Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification
• Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products
