Accounts Payable Clerk

Position Summary

Responsible for carrying out all Accounts Payable functions, ensure timely completion of said functions and maintain a high standard of accuracy while performing them.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and recording of Credit card transactions
• Reconcile monthly insurance premium reports
• Receive and process monthly checks for rental properties
• Reconcile invoice discrepancies
• Process invoices in Bill
• Process insurance reimbursements
• Process Sales tax returns monthly
• Reconcile all vendor statements monthly
• Record daily receipts for 14 offices
• Working collaboratively with other departments
• Any other duties assigned by the Accounting Manager or Director of Finance

• Willing to learn and grow your position
• Well organized, strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communicator and strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be flexible and a TEAM player.
• Preferred experience with Bill.com, QuickBooks desktop and Excel.
