Franchise Sales Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Franchise Sales Manager to join our dynamic TEAm. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new franchise partners, driving sales growth, and expanding our brand presence in targeted markets.
Responsibilities:
Franchise Development:
Lead the development and execution of strategies to identify and attract potential franchisees.
Conduct market research to identify viable locations for franchise expansion.
Participate in the hosting of future franchise candidates at Discovery Day
Lead Generation:
Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and partnerships.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential franchise partners.
Identify quality candidates and counsel with the candidate to walk them through a quality decision process. Assist in financially qualifying prospective candidates
Negotiation and Closing:
Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
Negotiate terms and conditions with potential franchisees, ensuring alignment with company standards.
Ensure approved contracts and agreements are provided to the franchise candidate in a timely manner
Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with franchise prospects, guiding them through the franchise discovery process.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Provide regular reports and analysis to upper management on franchise sales performance.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to new franchisees during the onboarding process.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure franchisees receive ongoing support.
Qualifications:
Five (5) or more years of proven experience in franchise sales or similar sales role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
Knowledge of franchise industry trends and best practices.
