Associate Insurance Agent - Inside Sales

We are a family owned and operated insurance agency since 1997. Our goal is to help protect and improve the financial lives of our clients.

The ideal candidate will be passionate and positive about helping people with their insurance needs. The Associate Agent will often be the first person our customers see when they walk in the door and often the first person they speak with on the phone. The Associate Agent will help customers with their needs, review the customers coverages with them, and look for opportunities to for more ways to protect the customer with the Keener agency. This is done in person and over the telephone in our office.

• Take payments
• Make changes to insurance policies
• Quote P&C customers
• Troubleshoot and answer billing questions
• Help customers enter claims and answer questions about claims
• Cross sale current customers for opportunities
• Provide insurance reviews and exceptional customer service
• Following a proven call model and sales process

• Able to work 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri (one hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks)

• P&C Licensed preferred but not required

*A Property and Casualty license is preferred but not required. You may be considered for a non-licensed role while you prepare to take the insurance licensing test. Some experience is preferred but not required. Good attitude and passion is a must.
