Host

Red Feather Lounge is looking for an established restaurant veteran obsessed about the guest experience to welcome our guests to their dining experience, connect with reservations in advance about their special requests, and work with our Servers to customize a unique and thoughtful visit to our restaurant so that they leave with wonderful memories.  A blend of host and concierge, this person will curate an experience for the guest before they even sit down.  This requires that one can expertly implement reservation software, waitlists, friendliness, communication and consistently uphold the standards of service to keep our restaurants full and our guests happy.

Along with being the ultimate advocate for our guests, we are also looking for someone with leadership skills who would be willing to step into a floor director role when the regular manager is not in.  This would be a full time position and the scheduling requirements would be evenings and weekends primarily.

This position will have an hourly wage of $14 plus tip out as % of restaurant sales.
