Production Manager - Auto Body

Mackin's Auto Body is currently seeking a Production Manager / Blueprinter for our North Portland location.

Must be reliable, punctual, organized and have a minimum of 3 years of auto collision estimating and DRP experience.

Job will consist of but may not be limited to the following:

1. Manage daily shop production
2. Control costs and ensure the profitability of the shop
3. Blueprinting repairs after disassembly
4. Able to make quick good judgement on unforeseen situations
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to maintain good relationships with customers, staff, insurers
7. Adhere to company operating procedures and processes

Compensation for this position will be based on years of experience and performance results
