Key is currently seeking a full-time Regional Clinical Director to work in their Central MA region, in Worcester, that operates three (up to 9 beds) residential programs for youth and community-based Outreach and Family Support services working with children/youth and families.

$10,000 Hiring Bonus ($2,500 after 3 months of successful employment, $2,500 after 6 months of successful employment, and $5,000 after 9 months of successful employment)

Salary/Benefits:

Annual salary hiring range is $79,160 - $84,160; negotiable based on experience and licensure.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a clinical field required.
  • Independently licensed (LICSW, LMHC or Licensed Psychologist) required.
  • Minimum of three years of direct clinical services including individual, group and family therapy in child or adolescent residential and home-based settings.
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory/administrative experience.
  • Experience with Massachusetts state health and human service systems, and evidence-based, trauma informed systems of care.

Responsibilities: The Regional Clinical Director will work in collaboration with Director of Operations and the Director of Agency Clinical Services to support and implement the mission and values of the agency in the areas of continuous quality improvement, administration, and operations. The Regional Clinical Director will oversee clinical supervision, policy development, managing clinical services and implementing clinical practices in Key’s Worcester, MA residential and community-based programs. The Regional Clinical Director will participate in the rotation for regional on-call providing consultation when needed.

Key works in conjunction with the MA DCF, MA DMH, RI DCYF, and NH DCYS and is an agency provider of both community-based outreach services and residential treatment programming.
