Job Description:ECU Department of Campus Recreation ad Wellness is currently seeking several Facility Managers/Recreation Technicians.
Campus Recreation and Wellness (CRW) strives to promote, organize, and administer structured, self-directed, educationally oriented and leadership development programs and services to enhance positive recreation and wellness lifestyles of the university community. CRW supports the Division of Student Affairs commitment to purposeful well-being. We strive to enhance the vitality and resilience of our students and campus community. Facility Managers:
• Must be a current ECU Student who is in good academic standing.
• Clearance to operate university vehicles through a driver’s license check.
• Obtain valid CPR and First Aid certification and blood-borne pathogens training within 60 days of being hired.
• Preference of one previous semester of employment within Campus Recreation and Wellness or a comparable program.
• Flexible work availability required included but not limited to the early morning, nights, weekends, holidays and ECU sanctioned breaks.
• Ability to work independently and as a team for a minimum of 8-12 hours per week.
Recreation Technicians:
• Must be a current ECU student in good academic standing.
• Clearance to operate University vehicles through a driver’s license check.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification and blood-borne pathogens training within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
