Production Helper

Our client, a leading manufacturing company is seeking a Production Helper to join their team. As a Production Helper, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting various production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-pace environment which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Helper

Location: Orchard Park, NY

Pay Range: $16.46 - $18.70 + $2 shift differential

Shift: Monday- Friday 3:15pm-1:45am

What’s the Job?

• Assist in clearing debris from machines. 
• Unload trucks and load bars onto machines.
• Perform general housekeeping tasks for machine operators. 

What’s Needed?

• Ability to lift 50lbs regularly 
• Willingness to work on a physically demanding job
• Forklift and crane experience preferred but not required. 
• Strong attention to detail. 
• Team player attitude.
