Responsibilities – Service Advisor/Writer:

• Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work
• Greet customers and inspect their vehicles.
• Advise customers about necessary/suggested services.
• Offer additional services, products, and special promotions.
• Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work.
• Keep customers informed of any changes that occur.
• Upon completion of work, review work order with customer to assure all concerns are addressed.
• Provide a completely satisfied customer experience
  
  

Qualifications – Service Advisor/Writer:

• 2 years of service advisor experience is preferred.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations required.
• CDK and XTime experience preferred.
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Works well in a challenging environment
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Excellent work ethic and computer skills
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
