Job Title: Workflow Optimization Specialist

Team Objective:
The team is transitioning towards a production-oriented environment, focusing on the management of Widgets (Transactions) with approximately 30 thousand transactions conducted annually. Additionally, the role involves overseeing compliance and regulatory assessments for third parties, evaluating associated risks. The need for additional resources arises from the development of infrastructure aimed at enhancing workflow optimization within the operations environment.

Day to Day Responsibilities/Job Requirements:

Drive workflow optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Conduct health checks on execution and operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
Extract, clean, and analyze data using Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, to present current and future status updates.
Organize and structure all activities within a standardized framework.
Analyze production reporting and identify areas for workload and capacity optimization.
Develop Tableau dashboards to improve workflow execution and reporting.
Streamline organizational processes into coherent reporting structures.
Provide leadership perspective on workload trends and trajectory of assessments.
Experience Required:

3+ years of relevant experience in operations and workflow management.
Ability to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to improve processes.
Proficiency in software assessment and data analysis, regardless of industry background.
Experience in production reporting is preferred.
Technical Skills:

Proficient in Tableau for creating dashboards.
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas.
