About who needs care: Looking for a part-time or full-time helper for my wife, who has moderate dementia. She needs someone to keep her company, take her on occasional errands, and help her with light tasks such as tidying, meals, etc.
About the care needs: Looking for someone who is kind, patient, warm and reassuring, and ideally creative about coming up with activities that can keep someone with moderate dementia busy, such as simple crafts, simple household tasks, etc. My wife loves animals and used to love reading, painting, and art, but needs help and supervision now.
