Facilitating the delivery of IT solutions and services you will advise, support, and enable the Supply Chain strategy and operations.  We are looking for top talent located in the Chicago, IL or Battle Creek, MI areas, working in a hybrid model with weekly in-office days. Travel estimated up to 20% of the time but may vary depending on location of residency.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • IT & Supply Chain Collaboration - This critical role will be the Senior IT Business Analyst for various technology solutions in the supply chain function. You will be working closely with both North American and global key stakeholders across the organization.  Together you will design and deliver technology capabilities while driving projects, roadmaps, strategy, and total cost of ownership.
  • Business Case Development - Working with business teams, you will strive to understand project requirements, shape the initial project request, and provide a high-level estimate of the project effort and cost used in cost-benefit analysis. You will plan expenditures based on the size, scope, and cost of hardware and software components. Reviewing and evaluating business cases, you will confirm identified financials and risks, validate value and business alignment as well as recommend a course of action.
  • Requirements Documentation – Working with business and project teams, you will capture and document requirements and expected functionality of the proposed solution. This position will lead clarification and validation of requirements during the development and delivery of the solution. Working closely with IT architects, security, delivery partners, and others, your goal is to ensure a safe and successful solution launch.
  • IT Project Delivery – You will deliver the technology platform strategy by providing leadership to our project teams. This will include driving the successful delivery of capabilities within the function. You will support the Regional Supply Chain platform(s) from an IT product perspective including vendor and Global IT relationships.
  • Vendor Management & Support - Owning and/or influencing relationships with key vendors, you will represent Kellanova on customer advisory boards and influence vendor application roadmaps. You will work with the Kellanova support organization in transitioning new products/services, defining Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and developing continuous improvement plans. Developing strong expertise in Supply Chain technology related systems and solutions both internally and externally will be key to your success.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in multiple SAP implementations with experience in one or more of the following domains is a plus:
    • Supply Chain: Warehouse Management (ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, WM, EWM, JDA/Blue Yonder)
    • Supply Chain: Freight Transportation and Logistics (SAP, Transplace/Uber Freight, Trimble)
  • Project management, portfolio management, and vendor management skills.  Ability to deliver IT solutions and services on time, on budget, and on scope within the software development lifecycle framework is a bonus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.  Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.  Ability to translate business needs into IT solutions and opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, systems, and best practices is desired.
