Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their performance and ensures efficient and accurate automotive accounting. In this role you will process title work precisely, assist customers with title process, and rectify title issues. Additionally, the position will support accounting activities in a cross-functional capacity for our 3 dealerships. If you have the drive to perform and excel, then we want you to come work with us! Job Responsibilities

• Process and complete title paperwork for new and pre-owned retail
• Perform accounting and title work tasks for multiple dealerships
• Ensures accounting deadlines are met consistently
• Resolves internal inquiries quickly, effectively and in a friendly manner
• Providing cross-functional accounting support
• Perform month end closing activities comprehensively
• Communicates appropriately with associates, customers, and managers
• Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Polices & Procedures

Requirements

• High School diploma or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Automotive title work experience; 3 years
• NV/CA title experience preferred; open to additional states
• Is legally able to work in the United States
• Pre-employment drug screen and background required
• Strong detail-orientation and organization skills
• Previous automotive accounting experience is a plus

Pay: Pay rate based on experience/education/skills with range from $22 to $25 per hour
