Responsibilities:
- Completes, organizes, and coordinates data, information, and activities that ensure operational & financial compliance.
- Accounts Payable processes, issuing customer credit, key account reconciliation, compiling and managing information, filing, data entry, answering emails and phone calls.
- May require specific knowledge of functional processes, procedures, products, policies, and programs.
- Must be responsive to internal and external customer needs.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Daily skills needed include:
- Understanding of computer system
- Working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Clear communication via emails
- Scanning paperwork into a database system
- Verifying system information is correct
