Plumbing & Heating Wholesale, Inc. is GROWING in our design showroom, Central Kitchen & Bath, in the Sioux City area, and we are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of full-time Showroom Assistant / Showroom Receptionist in or around Sioux City, IA.

Your Mission:
As a Showroom Assistant, you'll be a pivotal part of our success story by enhancing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your efficient assistance will entail warmly welcoming and assisting walk-in customers and efficiently managing incoming phone calls.

Daily Opportunities Include:
Here's a glimpse of some your everyday tasks:

• Welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a friendly demeanor, ascertain the purpose of their visit, and provide appropriate assistance or guidance.
• Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional handling, including message-taking and appointment scheduling.
• Receive and distribute incoming mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries.
• Provide administrative and clerical support as needed, including basic filing and recordkeeping tasks.
• Assist with scheduled physical inventory counts and ensure accurate inventory management.
• Coordinate product ordering, receiving, and delivery to meet timelines.
• Contribute to special projects such as trade shows and display changes.
