Outside Sales Representative

We don't require sales experience. All we are looking for is someone who excels at interacting with a variety of different individuals, and who wants to work hard and do things the right way, no matter what.

What would I be doing?

• Respond to job leads by going to various clients' homes in our service territory
• Build rapport and ask good, open ended questions to understand how we can serve our clients
• Assess the damage within the home and thoughtfully propose potential solutions
• Follow up with clients on questions and potential issues
• Communicate internally with team members
• Other duties may be assigned

What will I get paid?

We provide a base plus bonus compensation structure. Base salaries can range anywhere from 45-75k. As a fully trained Damage Consultant who is excelling in their role, you will have the opportunity to earn 100k+ in total compensation.
