HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

If so, Store Space Self Storage is looking to hire an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Winter Garden, FL.

This position earns an annual salary starting from $80,000 based on experience. We provide excellent employer-paid benefits where the company covers medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. We also offer 401(k) with company match, uncapped paid time off (PTO), and sick time.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As the HR Generalist, you will serve as administrator of several critical HR functions and workforce management, assisting in areas like recruiting, employee/labor relations, health and safety, compensation, benefits, and payroll. You will also be a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, taking ownership of providing prompt, excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HR GENERALIST

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent education required
  • 4+ years of general HR experience required
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
  • Strong computer and typing skills required

Experience with HRIS administration (Paychex preferred), ATS, and LMS are a plus. Familiarity with employee relations, engagement, and benefits and policy administration are ideal. You'll need to be self-motivated, able to work independently with confidence while meeting all assigned deadlines on or before due dates with minimal errors. You should also be a team player, collaborator, adaptable to change, and willing to learn.


WORK SCHEDULE

This position is full-time and onsite. Our typical office hours are between 9:00am - 5:30pm.
