Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Store Manager for our Clarins Factory Store - Citadel Outlets, located in Commerce, CA.

The role:

The Store Manager represents and grows our prestigious line. The Store Manager and their team are the ambassadors of the brand’s uniqueness. They will ensure the team delivers the best Clarins experience to each customer and achieves both collective and individual targets. The Store Manager is responsible for the boutique P&L, proper operation and achieving on specific quantitative and qualitative targets.

What you’ll do:

In an environment where our Guests are looking for the best advice, you have the opportunity to become people-centric, a brand-builder, consumer-obsessed, digitally minded, and committed to responsible beauty.

  • Ensure that the team constantly delivers:
    1. Great Clarins customer experience through the client experience.
    2. Collective and individual targets.
    3. All customer recruitment and loyalty activities.
    4. Visual merchandising guidelines (point of sale area tidiness and visual merchandising elements are always updated).
  • Determine team schedule (timing and vacation) to ensure full coverage and maximize peak hour and seasonality.
  • Set the monthly sell out per line and occupancy rate targets. Motivate and support the team to achieve the monthly targets.
  • Recruit staff and anticipate recruitment needs.
  • Conduct performance (assessment and goal setting), career and salary management, in line with training and HR guidelines.
  • Responsible for each team member’s constant skills development through individual coaching and motivation initiatives.
  • Foster a caring team building spirit aligned with the Clarins values.

You are:

You have:

  • 10 years of retail experience, including:
    1. A minimum of 7 years as sales staff
    2. A minimum of 3 years managing a team
  • Bi-lingual a plus!
  • Experience in skin care and make-up application
  • Able to deliver high level of customer experience.
  • Results oriented by being committed to meet individual and team targets.
  • Experience in managing a team to achieve monthly, weekly and daily sales targets.
  • At ease with numbers.
  • Exhibits good communication and interpersonal skills; expresses him/herself in a respectful and professional manner.
  • Has strong team player skills.
  • Demonstrates positive attitude; open to feedback and suggestions for improving quality of work.
  • Works with integrity; can be trusted to act in accordance with the Clarins values.
