We are looking for motivated Sales Associates to add to our team. We are a 'One Price' 'One Person' dealership. Our One Toyota model is designed to give our customers a fair deal on every car and allows our Sales Managers to operate with transparency and integrity. We seek career-oriented people who are driven to succeed. Experienced professionals and second language speakers a plus! Toyota experience a plus also but we will also train the right candidate.

Schedule:       Monday – Friday with weekend availability

                        Day, Morning, Evening, and Night shifts are available

Benefits - Our pay plan and benefit package are among the best in the Bay Area:

• Salary: $70,000 - $250,000 per year comprised as follows:
  • Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.00.
  • Possible commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales and finance performance

Responsibilities - Sales Associate:

• Help customers select and purchase a vehicle
• Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs
• Explain features and demonstrate operational performance on test drives
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete paperwork
• Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Prospect for new customers
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Associate:

• Automotive sales experience preferred but not required
• Sales experience in any industry is a plus
• Friendly with excellent communication and customer service skills and motivated to succeed
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
