Brief Description

The purpose of this position is to provide administrative and customer service support to the Brazos River Authority (BRA). This is accomplished by acting as the first point of contact for the general public; providing information to customers; assisting them with inquiries or concerns; performing administrative duties; and providing office equipment and computer support. Other duties include preparing, copying and distributing documents, maintaining files, managing department calendars, ordering office supplies, monitoring employee business expenditures, assisting with budgetary functions, coordinating meetings and events for projects, processing permit applications and follow ups, assisting with the expedition of projects and activities, and performing any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of two years' experience or an equivalent combination of education.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • High School Diploma - Awarded for the completion of High School.
