Immediate need for an Inside Sales Representative: Responsibilities
• Our focus is to develop new authentic relationships, while expanding our existing customer base
• This position requires a reliable, resourceful, creative, professional with a consultative approach to support eye care providers and their teams to become successful with new solutions in their practices
• Follow up and follow through, flexibility, self-motivated, capable of taking the initiative to strategically assess the territory and create a flexible outreach approach that evolves as needed
• This position focuses on the introduction and sales of in-practice punctual occlusion and over-the-counter solutions for dry eye patients
• The Candidate will join a group of authentic and talented professionals with the ability to listen, ask relevant questions, and create wins for all parties Qualifications
• A passion for patient care
• Curiosity enough to stay aware of industry treatment trends and improvements
• Exceptional customer service, diplomatic communication skills, and savvy presentation skills, which include patience, self-awareness, active listening, and insightfulness
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and comfortable with taking the initiative, and prioritizing multiple tasks
• Minimum BA/BS Degree in a business-related field 3 to 5+ years of successful experience working in Sales or Marketing (telemarketing background maybe considered)
• Advanced computer skills working with SalesForce, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Must be comfortable with mobile applications
