MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Three (3) years of experience in defense life-cycle (acquisition) logistics support of electronic systems, to include: logistics principles, practices, and processes
    • Experience shall include at least one (1) years of support with C4ISR or similar systems, to include: Analyzing Engineering/Systems Management Data, and Developing Logistics Plans and Procedures
    • Experience may be achieved simultaneously. Individual shall have Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in Lifecycle [Acquisition] Logistics Foundational/Level 1; demonstrate/specify equivalent life cycle logistics training; or possess an additional one (1) year (i.e., total 4 years minimum experience) working in direct support of defense life-cycle logistics

DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior military experience in support of Lifecycle logistics
  • Prior experience as a platform manager supporting said platform in evaluating maintenance practices, on board spares and obsolescence
  • Prior support experience

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports logistics products including provisioning technical documentation, technical manuals, logistics manuals, preventive maintenance, spares lists, required test equipment, Configuration Data Manager Database-Open Architecture (CDMD-OA) loads, ILS Certifications, and ILS Risk Assessments
  • Provides logistical support services to maintain a CSRR ILS Status Database that accurately depicts the status of all Technical Manuals (TMs), Preventative Maintenance, Allowance Parts Lists (APLs), and On-Board Repair Parts (OBRPs) for a given platform to include tracking spares
  • Provides ILS technical and analytical support for Configuration Management, ILS Planning and Technical Data
  • Uses the Preventative Maintenance System Management Information System (PMSMIS) and the latest Ships-Force Revision (S-FR) to review all CSRR and CSRR-related Maintenance Index Pages (MIPs) and Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRCs)
  • Completes a full technical review when each S-FR is released provide feedback reports to address technical inaccuracies or inadequacies
  • Maintains platform and site equipment/system configuration databases to include Sharepoint, Configuration Data Manager Database - Open Architecture (CDMD-OA), CMPro, and PMS-MIS
  • Provides ILS input/data to alterations including Engineering Changes (EC), Temporary Alterations (TEMPALTS) and Engineering Change Requests (ECR) to validate all logistics information contained within the alteration documents is correct and valid
  • Provides incidental logistics support to the SAMS and TFDS government project manager
  • Submits Technical Manual Deficiency Reports (TMDERs) as related to parts/logistic information corrections and updates identified
  • Provides technical, logistics, and administrative support to the ISEA in support of government developed program acquisition documents including the Acquisition Strategy (AS), Acquisition Program Baseline (APB), Initial Capabilities Document (ICD), and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
  • Provides technical representation at assigned meetings/forums and data calls to include program reviews, ILAs, IPTs, WGs, CCBs, and LSS events. Facilitate FST forums and coordinate monthly reporting and schedule. Participate/facilitate ILSMT forums and coordinate monthly telephone conferences
  • Provides logistical support services to ensure CSRR ILS Status Databases accurately depicts the status of all Technical Manuals, Preventative Maintenance, Allowance Parts Lists, and On-Board Repair Parts for the assigned platform
  • Uploads all requisite CSRR Systems ILS documents on PMW 770 SE2 website and NIWC ATLANTIC ISEA Data Systems and manage/update CSRR ILS data on all ILS Data Systems
