Production Associate

We are currently accepting applications for Production Associate to join a company in St. Clair, MO. 

Hours 6:00am-4:30pm 

Monday-Thursday OT as needed on Friday 

Hourly Pay Starts at- $18.50! 

Production Associate Duties:

• Set up the molding line for production  

• Be an example in good housekeeping practice (5-S)  

• Molding line break down  

• Cleaning the molding line  

• Learn the principals of mixing  

• Understand the principles of blasting and bonding parts. 

• Follow the direction of the supervisor learning the molding departments process   

• Perform daily cleanup  

• Other duties as assigned. 

Production Associate Requirements:

• Must have High School Diploma/G.E.D  

• Basic math and counting  

• Willing and able to obtain a forklift license  

• Proficient in setting up all related machinery  

• Read & follow work instructions, work orders, and the first piece inspection process  

• Must be able to work in front of a 150-degree oven. 

• Must be able to lift 50lbs and work standing for 10 hours.
