Kitchen Staff/barista

Monsta snow is a growing, family owned cafe specializing in boba teas, blended drinks,
specialty Asian-inspired desserts, and hot snacks. The environment is fast-paced, high-energy,
and fun!

We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic individuals to add to our kitchen team. The ideal
candidate has a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. Our kitchen team is responsible
for cooking of all menu food items, working with a Fryer and Griddle as well as a 4 burner stove. fulfilling food orders, dishwashing, Food prep, receiving deliveries, and
maintaining a clean working environment. Complies with all food safety requirements such as
checking and maintaining temperature, dating and labeling products, rotating products.

Minimum job requirements:
6 months minimum of prior kitchen or foodservice experience
Must be able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work under pressure - excels in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter / Quick learner
Dependable and punctual
Detail-oriented and passionate about product quality
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Riverside County Food Handler’s Card (have or willing to obtain within 14 days of hire)
Job type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00-$16.50 per hour plus gratuity
Schedule:
Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays. We are willing to have flexible
scheduling for students.
Prior kitchen/foodservice experience required, minimum 6 months.
Must be available to begin work immediately
