Position Description:

As the Memorial Installer, you are responsible for the coordination, preparation and installation of memorials. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated and has an eye for detail. If you fit this description, Apply Today!

Essential Functions

• Organize daily route planning.
• Coordinate with sales force and cemetery sextons to schedule installation of memorials.
• Prepare installation site by digging level foundation holes with shovel.
• Safely and effectively operate company truck and crane to install memorials.
• Inspect product and perform repairs as needed.
• Regularly update system with completed installations.
• Promptly respond to phone calls and emails as part of regular duties.
• Maintain healthy relationships with sales staff, sexton, supervisor, and customers.
• Maintain pre-cast inventory levels to meet the demand of upcoming sets.
• Meet delivery truck at drop location and assist with unloading memorials.
• Engage in winter projects as directed during off-season periods.
• Regularly perform or schedule preventative maintenance of company truck.
• Schedule an annual Department of Transportation (DOT) inspection on company truck.

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Health Card or ability to obtain prior to start date

Preferred Experience:

• Previous memorial setting experience

Working Conditions / Physical Demands

• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 75 lbs.), pushing, pulling, kneeling, bending, and standing for long periods of time.
