Country Meadow Rehab & Nursing Center is now seeking a full-time Activity Director to join our team. The ideal candidates must be devoted and compassionate about their chosen careers. The Activity Director will have experience working with individuals with dementia, have a highly enthusiastic personality, and be able to develop creative activities for our residents.
Responsibilities:- Establishes and maintains on-going contacts with community organizations, churches, colleges, universities, cultural organizations and other useful resources for program development.
- Develops, maintains and coordinates a monthly program of events and programs
- One-to-one activities utilizing interpersonal needs to meet resident/client needs
- College degree strongly preferred.
- At least two years of related experience
