Job Description
What does a Shift Leader do?
Our Direct Support Coordinators provide care to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and strive to increase the independence and personal growth of the people we support while helping them reach their full potential.
Additional Shift Leader Responsibilities:
- Team Leaders during their assigned shifts
- Ensure important medical or program information is communicated to staff on shift
- Provide guidance and direction as needed to staff on shift, as it relates to providing care to the people we support.
Qualifications
- One year of experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Valid NYS driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience is required.
